Welcome to DharmaBridge's Inaugural Temple Gate Retreat at Bell Valley!

This DharmaBridge retreat will focus on embodied practice, creativity, and the perfect blend of silence and connection.  While we will explore a variety of practice, we are naming this retreat the Temple Gate Retreat, after one of the practices that the DharmaBridge community has leaned on in times of stress, to enter into the inner sanctum of the Self, and shift our perspective.

This "Temple Gate" body of practices is both astoundingly simple and profound, when one is paying attention, which is our overarching purpose.

Join us for this inaugural Temple Gate retreat, at a gorgeous setting in Northern California, 3 hours from the Bay Area. Share in an immersive weekend absorbing the DharmaBridge path wisdom teachings and give yourself an experience of Self that will carry you beyond the strife of everyday, conditioned seeing.

Two nights and three days accommodation
Delicious, whole food, vegetarian meals
7 training and practice periods, including: Dharma Talks, Meditation, Yoga Asana and other Embodied Practices, Antenna Listening (a relational practice of open presence), Q&A
Free access to the hot tub, hiking trails

Who is Kelly Blaser?

Thanks largely to the early influence of her mother, Kelly is dedicated to the power of self-love as the driver of true transformation. Kelly began yoga and sitting practice in 1989. She has taught yoga and meditation since 1997 and has been an MFT for over 10 years. She considers the wildness of nature to be her principal guide, and is grateful for the Zen, Vipassana, and Vajrayana traditions as well as the tantric teachings. Kelly is a stand for compassionate self-inquiry and freedom from unnecessary suffering.
