Who is Kelly Blaser?
Thanks largely to the early influence of her mother, Kelly is dedicated to the power of self-love as the driver of true transformation. Kelly began yoga and sitting practice in 1989. She has taught yoga and meditation since 1997 and has been an MFT for over 10 years. She considers the wildness of nature to be her principal guide, and is grateful for the Zen, Vipassana, and Vajrayana traditions as well as the tantric teachings.
